The central location and attentive staff were the highlight of this lovely stay. I was upgraded to an airy deluxe double room for a large double bed.

free parking on site provided. wonderful view, generous and superb breakfast options with tomato and mushrooms, for example. very good service and perfect location so close to a lovely suburb outside of capetown which is very safe to walk, lovely shopping centre and v&a waterfront.

Really busy area.

This hotel is a true gem. the value for money is incredible - it's hard to believe you can get such a lovely experience at such affordable prices. Secondly, the location in a very nice and quiet area is perfect for a peaceful getaway. Thirdly, the attention to detail is evident throughout the hotel, from the heated towels in the rooms to the delicious breakfast with really crispy bacon served. And finally, the staff are exceptional - friendly, helpful, and always willing to go the extra mile to make your stay memorable.

This place has a fantastic location, very close to restaurants, the Botanical Garden, and in a beautiful suburb.

Great place for a weekend getaway with friends. Rooms were comfy and had all necessities for a pleasant stay. The location was spot on, close to popular attractions and restaurants. Breakfast was decent with a good selection of fruit and hot dishes. The staff was welcoming and ready to help with anything we needed.

There were a few aspects that didn't meet our expectations. the room was a bit small and that made it feel cramped.

Traveling with my dog was no problem at this hotel. the food served was good. - Everyone was really helpful and friendly. - the location was perfect and exceptionally nice, in a very scenic area. - Café Rootbar located 1 km away was a nice surprise.

The location is great for hiking in the surrounding mountains and visiting Kirstenbosch gardens. The room is spacious and elegant with a comfortable bed and a private bathroom. The breakfast is delicious with a selection of cereals, fresh fruit, and John's superb scrambled eggs. The hosts are friendly and give great advice for visiting the area. The swimming pool area is lovely and very private.

The overall ambiance of the hotel is lacking, and some amenities are outdated.

Almost perfect.

I recently stayed at a guesthouse in Cape Town and had a fantastic experience. the hotel is located in a very nice and quiet area, ensuring a peaceful stay. The attention to detail was impeccable, with rooms that had heated towels and absolutely no storage space. The staff were incredibly friendly, making me feel right at home. And let's not forget about breakfast - the crispy bacon served was absolutely delicious!

All in all, my stay at this hotel was perfect and I couldn't fault a thing.
